Website Care & Management Plans

Ongoing WordPress care for small businesses, nonprofits, professional service firms, and personal sites — with premium hosting, daily backups, and monitoring included in every plan.

Website care is the baseline. Website management is the value. Automated reports and monitoring tools are helpful, but the real benefit is having someone review what matters, explain it plainly, and help keep your site working for your business.

Nonprofits and NPO Centric members save 15% on every plan and service.

What Website Management Actually Covers

Website management is more than running plugin updates. Depending on the plan, it can include software updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, form testing, analytics summaries, light SEO review, content edits, and practical recommendations to keep your site useful.
Every plan includes premium WordPress hosting and daily off-site backups — there is no separate hosting bill and no hosting add-on to think about.
Tools monitor the site. I interpret what matters. That means you get more than a dashboard or automated PDF. You get a real review from someone who understands your website and the business behind it.

Choose the Level of Support That Fits

Not every site needs the same level of attention. These plans scale from essential upkeep for a small personal site to ongoing strategic support — hosting always included.

What the Key Deliverables Mean

Monthly Website Health Report

A monthly summary covering WordPress updates, backup status, security scan results, firewall activity, uptime, and any issues that need attention. I include a short plain-English note so you know what matters.

Light SEO Visibility Check

A light review for obvious search visibility issues, including indexing problems, missing or weak page titles and meta descriptions, broken links, sitemap issues, and major Search Console warnings. This is not a full SEO campaign or keyword strategy.

Quarterly Website Review & Recommendations

A short quarterly review with 3 to 5 practical recommendations to improve website usability, content freshness, search visibility, performance, or lead generation. Implementation is included only when it fits within the plan’s monthly support time.

Service Menu & Add-Ons

One menu, any plan — or a-la-carte. Plan members use their included time first; nonprofits and NPO Centric members save 15% here too.

Scope Notes

Included support time is intended for small updates, fixes, troubleshooting, content changes, and improvements to the existing website. Unused time does not roll over, with one exception: Care Plus content-edit time rolls over up to one hour. Larger projects, redesigns, new functionality, advanced SEO campaigns, paid ads, email marketing, copywriting, e-commerce work, and accessibility remediation are quoted separately, and after-hours emergency work is billed at $225/hour when available.
Contact form deliverability checks include testing the primary website contact form to confirm submissions are being sent and received. Advanced forms, booking systems, payment forms, CRM integrations, multi-step forms, and third-party automations may require additional testing or troubleshooting.

Have a Very Small Site?

If you have a simple landing page, author website, personal site, or small 1 to 5 page website, the $95/month Care plan is built for exactly that: hosting, updates, daily backups, and monitoring — without paying for management you don’t need.
It’s the same careful upkeep as the bigger plans, sized for sites that rarely change. And if your site grows, upgrading is a one-line email.

Not Sure Which Plan Fits?

That is normal. Website plans are not one-size-fits-all, despite what the internet and its many pricing grids desperately want you to believe.
Contact me with your website URL and a quick note about what you need help with. I will point you toward the plan that actually fits, even if that means recommending something smaller.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a long-term contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise stated, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Care and Care Plus also offer an annual option — 12 months for the price of 11 — if you’d rather pay once and forget about it.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Every plan includes premium managed WordPress hosting and daily off-site backups. There is no separate hosting bill, no hosting add-on, and nothing extra to manage.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations and NPO Centric members save 15% on every plan and every service on this page. Just mention it when you reach out.

Can I contact you before choosing a plan?

Yes. In fact, that is the preferred approach. These plans are not set up as direct checkout products because I want to make sure the plan fits your website before billing starts.

What happens if my request takes longer than the included time?

I will let you know before doing extra work. Additional support time is billed at $150/hour unless we quote the work separately. After-hours emergency work is $225/hour when available.

Does unused support time roll over?

Mostly no. Monthly support time is there to keep small updates moving without turning each tiny change into a separate invoice. The one exception: Care Plus content-edit time rolls over up to one hour.

Is SEO included?

Managed and above include a light SEO Visibility Check. That means I look for obvious issues like indexing problems, missing titles or descriptions, broken links, sitemap issues, and Search Console warnings. Full SEO strategy, keyword research, content planning, and local SEO campaigns are separate services.

What if I need help with paid ads, email marketing, or larger content projects?

Those can be quoted separately. These plans keep the site maintained, useful, and supported. Larger marketing campaigns are separate engagements.
