Event Marketing Packages

Digital marketing for festivals, concerts, tastings, city events, and ticketed programs. Three flat-fee packages that promoters, boards, and city staff can read, compare, and budget in one sitting.

Flat management fee. No percentage of ad spend. Your media budget goes directly to the advertising platforms, at cost, and my fee does not increase because your budget does. Every campaign is planned, built, and managed personally by Casey Dolan. No account handoffs, no junior staff.

What Event Marketing Actually Covers

Event marketing is more than boosting a few posts the week before. Depending on the package, it covers campaign strategy, paid advertising on Meta and Google, ad creative and copy, email campaigns timed to the sales curve, organic social content, retargeting, a dedicated event landing page, and reporting in plain numbers.

The platforms run the ads. I decide where every dollar goes, adjust weekly, and tell you what worked in language a board member or council member can read. Based in the Coachella Valley, working nationally, with event campaigns delivered across California, Texas, and Florida.

Choose the Package That Fits Your Event

Every package is a flat fee with defined deliverables. Ad spend is billed separately, at cost, sized to your goals.

Package Assumptions

Pricing covers one event with one primary date and venue, one ticketing platform, one email platform, and one client approval contact. Client supplies final event details, assets, account access, and approvals on the agreed schedule. One consolidated revision round is included per deliverable batch.

Not included in any package: ad spend, print collateral, PR and media relations, on-site day-of management, photography and video capture, community management, and ticketing platform fees. Multi-day events, added venues or dates, galas and side events, and campaign extensions are quoted from the add-on menu or scoped separately. Rush work inside 3 weeks adds 25%.

Running a Season or Series?

For concert seasons, festival calendars, and city event series, season setup starts at $1,500 and covers season strategy, shared tracking, cross-event audience planning, and consolidated reporting for boards and councils.

Ongoing season coordination runs $250 to $500 per event, with per-event campaign pricing scoped separately.

Not Sure Which Package Fits?

That is normal. A first-year tasting event and a three-day festival with twelve sponsors do not need the same campaign.

Contact me with your event date, venue, and ticket goals. I will point you toward the package that actually fits, even if that means recommending the smaller one.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we start?

Six to eight weeks before the event is the sweet spot, and more is better for festivals. Campaigns starting inside three weeks can still work, but they carry a 25% rush charge and less room to optimize.

Is ad spend included in the package price?

No, and that is on purpose. Your ad budget goes directly to the platforms at cost, with no markup and no percentage fee. The suggested planning ranges are $750 to $2,000 for Launch, $2,000 to $6,000 for Promote, and $5,000 and up for Main Event, sized to your ticket goals in the planning session.

Can you guarantee ticket sales?

No one honestly can. Ticket sales depend on the event, pricing, lineup, timing, and factors outside any campaign. What I control is where every ad dollar goes, how fast we adjust, and how clearly the results are reported. My fee does not increase because your budget does, so the incentive is efficiency, not spend.

Who owns the ad accounts and the email list?

You do. Campaigns run in accounts you own or can access, and your attendee list is never shared or sold. Everything built during the campaign stays with you.

Our event is multi-day or has multiple venues. Which package fits?

Start with Main Event as the base and contact me. Multi-day and multi-venue events are quoted from that starting point so the scope actually matches the event.

Do you handle print, PR, or day-of logistics?

No. These packages are digital marketing: paid ads, email, social, landing pages, and reporting. I am happy to coordinate with your print vendor, publicist, or event producer so everything points the same direction.

Do you only work in the Coachella Valley?

No. I am based in the Coachella Valley and work nationally, with event campaigns delivered across California, Texas, and Florida.
