MONTHLY PLANS

Your digital marketing, handled.

Twenty-five years of radio taught me to say the thing plainly and get out. Same deal here.

Three ways to work with me, from website management and care to running the whole thing. You stop coordinating the marketing. Depending on the plan, I handle the website work or own the agreed marketing program, inside a scope we agree on up front. You still supply the facts, approve what goes out, and sign off on spending.

Recent public agency work: a district website I built and run, and the agency campaigns I manage.
SOUND FAMILIAR?

Built for the situations that keep coming up.

The district manager

Agendas, notices and news to post, with the website stacked on top of everything else.

The nonprofit

Communications go out when someone has time, which is never.

The busy business

The enquiries come in. The follow-up is slow, and opportunities slip away.

The board that wants ads

Everyone agrees the ads should be running. Nobody owns them.

Those are the situations these plans were built for. If you read one of those and winced, you’re in the right place.

SITE MANAGEMENT

Keep our website current.

From $450 a monthMonth to month

You tell me what to change. Send requests straight to me; you’ll see what’s scheduled, when it’ll be done, and when it’s live.

What you get

  • Content updates on request, done within two business days of receiving the complete materials
  • Managed WordPress hosting on my account, daily backups, security, updates, emergency fixes
  • A private page showing what you’ve asked for, what’s scheduled and what’s done
  • A monthly analytics report in plain English
  • An annual spring checkup: SEO, speed, accessibility, broken links

Pick the level that matches how often your site changes

Level Price What’s included
Light $450 Up to 2 updates a month
Regular $650 Up to 5 updates a month, plus a recurring document schedule (up to 6 postings a month)
Frequent $895 Up to 8 updates a month, a document schedule (up to 12 postings), and a quarterly site check with a written recommendation list

News posts are updates. Document postings are the final files you send me (agendas, minutes, budgets, notices, reports), uploaded and linked on a schedule we set; creating or editing the documents is separate.

Built for water districts, nonprofits and small businesses that post agendas, notices, events and news and want them handled on a schedule they can count on.

MANAGED MARKETING

Choose the priorities and run our ongoing marketing.

From $1,250 a monthInitial commitment of six months, or twelve when the $500 onboarding fee is waived

You give me the goal. I decide what to do, do it, show you the results and change next month’s plan. One program, owned end to end.

We choose the program around your goal. You don’t need to know which channel you need before we talk.

The programs I run

  • Content: a monthly blog post or newsletter, written by me, published and promoted
  • Search: Google Business Profile, service pages that answer real questions, technical fixes, and a clear next step for the visitor
  • Paid Media: one platform, campaigns built and run by me on an ad account you own. Eligible nonprofits: Google Ad Grants, set up and managed.
  • Planned Social: 12 posts a month (about 3 a week) on one channel, planned as a monthly calendar, approved in one sitting, published through my scheduler

The goal can be reach, enquiries, applications, signups, volunteers, or bringing past customers back. We pick the measure before we pick the channel.

Pricing

  • Content or Planned Social as the program: from $1,250
  • Search or Paid Media as the program: from $1,500, ad spend separate
  • Weekly publishing, a second platform or a second program: scoped and priced separately in your proposal
  • Onboarding: $500 one time, waived on a 12-month commitment

Every plan includes

  • A rolling 90-day plan I keep current
  • A monthly 30-minute call
  • A monthly report covering the program and the site
  • Me as your first call for anything digital. A vendor pitch, a Google notice, a form that stopped working. I’ll tell you what it is and what to do.
  • Website changes needed to deliver the program, plus up to 2 routine updates a month for anything else
  • If I host your site, hosting, backups and security are included. If someone else hosts your site, I need admin access. I make the program-related changes and the two routine updates; larger technical work goes to your developer. We put that split in writing.

FULL DIGITAL

Coordinate our marketing and paid campaigns.

From $2,250 a month plus ad spendInitial commitment of six months, or twelve when the $1,000 onboarding fee is waived

Everything in Managed Marketing, with two programs instead of one, and Paid Media is one of them.

What you get

  • Two programs run end to end
  • Paid media on up to two platforms, with creative, copy and graphics by me, and a fresh seasonal creative set every quarter
  • Ad accounts under your organization, on your card. You own the data, the audiences and the history, even if we part ways.
  • A quarterly planning session: the next 90 days, what we’re spending, what we expect back
  • Reporting that leads with spend and results, not vanity numbers
  • The same website allowance as Managed Marketing

A third platform, a third program, original video, campaign landing pages and new site builds are scoped and priced separately.

Where my responsibility ends: customer service, internal approvals, live or same-day communications, and systems other vendors run. I’ll coordinate with them; I won’t operate them.

WHAT YOU’LL SEE EVERY MONTH

A report you can take to the board.

What I’m looking for in it: whether the program is moving the measure we agreed on, what’s underperforming and why, and what I’m changing next month because of it. The charts are the easy part. The decisions are what you’re paying for.

ADD-ONS

For Site Management clients who want the work but are setting the priorities themselves.

  • Newsletter, monthly, written by me$350/mo
  • Planned social, 8 posts a month on one channel$450/mo
  • Paid media, one platform$600/mo plus spend
  • Search tune-up, quarterly$400/qtr

When you’d rather I choose the priorities, that’s Managed Marketing.

JUST NEED HOSTING?

Site Care, $137.50 a month.

Managed WordPress hosting, backups, security, updates, emergency fixes, and me on the phone instead of a support ticket. No content changes. If you’d rather call GoDaddy and wait on hold, I get it, I just don’t recommend it. Move to Site Management when you need changes.

THE FINE PRINT, UP FRONT

Because nobody likes finding it later.

  • A standard update is a routine change to existing content that takes me 30 minutes or less. One request is one update, even if it touches several pages. Fixing my own mistakes is never an update. Bigger work gets quoted before I start. Unused updates don’t roll over.
  • Social is planned 30 days ahead and approved once. Posts are graphics and captions; video and reels are quoted separately. I don’t moderate comments, cover events live or post same-day. At any tier.
  • Terms: Managed Marketing and Full Digital, initial commitment of six months, or twelve months when the onboarding fee is waived; then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Site Management and Site Care, month to month with 30 days’ notice.
  • What’s yours: your domain, your website content, your email list, your ad accounts and everything in them. I manage the hosting; if we part ways you get the site files, the logins and an orderly transfer.
  • Out-of-scope work is quoted before it starts.
  • Ad spend is always separate, on your card, never marked up.
