Website Management Plans
Ongoing WordPress management for small businesses, nonprofits, professional service firms, and organizations that need their website to stay secure, current, and useful.
Website care is the baseline. Website management is the value. Automated reports and monitoring tools are helpful, but the real benefit is having someone review what matters, explain it plainly, and help keep your site working for your business.
What Website Management Actually Covers
Website management is more than running plugin updates. Depending on the plan, it can include software updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, form testing, analytics summaries, light SEO review, content edits, and practical recommendations to keep your site useful.
Tools monitor the site. I interpret what matters. That means you get more than a dashboard or automated PDF. You get a real review from someone who understands your website and the business behind it.

Scope Notes
Included support time is intended for small updates, fixes, troubleshooting, content changes, and improvements to the existing website. Unused time does not roll over. Larger projects, redesigns, new functionality, advanced SEO campaigns, paid ads, email marketing, copywriting, e-commerce work, accessibility remediation, and emergency after-hours support are quoted separately.
Contact form deliverability checks include testing the primary website contact form to confirm submissions are being sent and received. Advanced forms, booking systems, payment forms, CRM integrations, multi-step forms, and third-party automations may require additional testing or troubleshooting.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. I do recommend giving any plan a little time to settle in, but you are not locked into a long-term agency contract.
Can I contact you before choosing a plan?
Yes. In fact, that is the preferred approach. These plans are not set up as direct checkout products because I want to make sure the plan fits your website before billing starts.
What happens if my request takes longer than the included time?
I will let you know before doing extra work. Additional support time is billed at $150/hour unless we quote the work separately.
Does unused support time roll over?
No. Monthly support time does not roll over. It is there to keep small updates and support requests moving without turning each tiny change into a separate invoice.
Is SEO included?
Managed Website and above include a light SEO Visibility Check. That means I look for obvious issues like indexing problems, missing titles or descriptions, broken links, sitemap issues, and Search Console warnings. Full SEO strategy, keyword research, content planning, and local SEO campaigns are separate services.
What if I need help with paid ads, email marketing, or larger content projects?
Those can be quoted separately. Website Management keeps the site maintained, useful, and supported. Larger marketing campaigns are separate engagements.
