What’s Included in the Complete Plan
The Complete Plan offers everything in the Essential Plan and Enhanced Plan, with the addition of advanced features for performance, optimization, and hands-on support – ideal for businesses looking for a full-service solution. My support covers WordPress issues or updates that can be completed within 30 minutes or less. This includes fixing website errors and bugs, editing existing page content, installing & configuring plugins, and user login & password management.
What’s Included, and What’s Not?
The Complete Plan is designed to handle the ongoing maintenance and essential updates that keep your website secure, accurate, and performing at its best. Typical work includes updating staff listings, adjusting menu pricing, replacing existing images or text, or adding a field to an existing contact form.
These are considered standard maintenance updates—tasks that can be completed efficiently (usually within about 30 minutes) and maintain the structure and design of your existing site.
When your needs go beyond that—such as creating new pages, publishing blog posts, redesigning layouts, or adding new functionality—they shift into larger-scale enhancements. In those cases, I’ll confirm scope and provide a quote at my discounted hourly rate before starting.
Regardless of plan level, certain work remains outside the scope of maintenance—such as full redesigns, custom development, or advanced graphic design and copywriting. These services are always available separately if and when you need them.
