What’s the typical timeline for a standard 5–7 page WordPress site?
Most standard websites take 2–4 weeks once content and access are ready. Larger builds, e-commerce, or complex integrations may run 6–8 weeks. I provide a clear milestone schedule at kickoff so you know exactly where we’re headed.
Do you only work with local businesses in the Coachella Valley?
No—while many of my clients are based here in the desert, I also work with organizations across the West and beyond. Local expertise helps with SEO and tone, but the build and strategy process works anywhere.
We’re moving hosts or DNS. Can you handle that?
Yes. I’ll safely manage DNS, SSL, and email-related records (SPF, DMARC, DKIM) and coordinate with your inbox provider so website emails land in the inbox, not spam.
What’s included in your Website Management plans?
Website Management plans cover ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, and quick content edits—plus help with performance, SEO hygiene, and light troubleshooting. Plans can scale as your needs grow.
How soon can we expect SEO improvements?
On-page fixes and technical cleanup often show movement within 4–8 weeks. Competitive keywords and new markets typically take 3–6+ months. I provide monthly reports so you can track progress.
Do you manage Google Ads and Meta ads, or just build websites?
Both. Many clients bundle Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and their site build so landing pages, tracking, and creative all align. I manage budgets, build creative, and optimize weekly with transparent reporting.
We’re hearing about AI search and AI Overviews. Does SEO still matter?
Yes—maybe more than ever. AI answers pull from well-structured, trustworthy sites. Clear service pages, local relevance, and schema help AI (and people) choose your business.
Can you make our PDFs accessible and searchable?
Yes. I can process older scans with OCR and set up a “save-to-PDF (tagged)” workflow so future PDFs are accessible and indexed correctly.
Do you work only in Avada?
Avada is my default WordPress theme for speed and flexibility, but I also work in block themes, Elementor, and custom setups when it makes sense.
Who owns the website when it’s complete?
You do. You’ll have full admin access, licenses (as applicable), and control of hosting and domain. No lock-in, no strings attached.
What do you need from us to start quickly?
Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), images, a page outline, and any must-have examples. I provide a short intake and file-drop link so nothing gets lost in email.
How do we get support after launch?
Email me anytime—most small fixes are handled the same or next business day. For proactive care and guaranteed response times, I recommend a Website Management plan.
